Information on the processing of personal data (GDPR)

2. Purposes and legal bases for processing

  • Contact via form or e-mail – handling your enquiry, and where applicable performance or conclusion of a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; where this goes beyond the contract – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
  • Website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) – improving the service – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Cookies – as described in the Privacy Policy – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3. Recipients of data

Data may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, e-mail, analytics). We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EEA unless appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are in place.

4. Retention period

Contact form data – until the enquiry is fully handled, and thereafter for the limitation period or as required by law; analytics and logs – in accordance with provider policies and legal requirements.

5. Your rights

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that the processing infringes the GDPR.

7. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary but necessary for us to respond. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
