Terms and Conditions of the website

1. General provisions

These Terms define the rules for using the website IENKA.PL (the Service), operated by IENKA.PL with its registered office in Wroclaw, ul. Drzewieckiego, 54-129 (the Service Provider). Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Service – the website available at https://ienka.pl and related subpages.
  • User – any entity using the Service.
  • Services – services provided by the Service Provider (including security audits, penetration testing, monitoring, training, IT and web services) as described in the Service.

3. Electronic services

Through the Service, the Service Provider provides in particular: presentation of the offer, contact form, and company and service information. Contracts for the provision of services are concluded outside the Service (e.g. by e-mail or written agreement), on individually agreed terms.

4. Technical requirements

Use of the Service requires a device with internet access and a browser that supports cookies. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not liable for disruptions due to network or User equipment.

5. User rights and obligations

The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. It is prohibited to submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or compromise the Service security. Data provided in the contact form must be accurate.

6. Intellectual property

All materials published in the Service (texts, graphics, layout) are protected by copyright and belong to the Service Provider or other right holders. Copying or use without consent is prohibited.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding services provided by the Service Provider should be submitted in writing (e.g. by e-mail) to: office@ienka.pl. The Service Provider will handle complaints within 14 days.

8. Personal data protection

9. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of material changes in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Final provisions
